No unregistered visitors or overnight stays without prior approval. 🔇 POLICY Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Disturbances, loud music, or parties will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund. 🚭NO SMOKING / VAPING Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. !!!!PROPERTY CARE!!! Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as found. Report any damages immediately. Costs for unreported or excessive damage will be charged. 🛁 HOT TUB RULES 1. No glass in or around the hot tub. 2. Shower before entering to help keep the water clean. 3. Do not add soaps, oils, or any other substances to the water. 4. No diving, jumping, or horseplay. 5. Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Please keep noise levels respectful of neighbors. 7. Absolutely no sand—rinse off completely before entering. !!!RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS!!! This is a private home. There are no cameras inside the home. ❌ PARTIES OR EVENTS The property may not be used for parties, events, or gatherings beyond the reserved guest count.
